As some of you know, I am a big fan of the patron based model where artists are supported by the general public, art lovers anybody and everybody. This is how art used to exist and how it was created. The famous artist, Leonardo da Vinci was able to create all of his work because of the Medici family, one of the most affluent families in Italy during renaissance times. This family supported Leonardo through financial support and much more which enabled him to create his lasting impact on the world. I still believe that this is a great model and the way that Artist should all be supported where people donate and support artists through financial means. Given our society today and the financial system this is still a great model, especially if everybody can just donate five dollars minimum per month to support the arts and donate to their favorite artist or favorite group of artists. It is a really wonderful way to be able to exist in this world and continue producing work that is meaningful. I am so grateful for all of my patrons who have been there for me over the years and followed my journey from New York into the nomadic lifestyle of being an artist around this country and overseas. If you are new here welcome and if you already know what’s going on thank you so much for your support. Definitely check out my Patreon page.
