This is a nudist demonstration called Naked Day, it has been held for 3 consecutive years in the two largest cities in Mexico: The capital and Guadalajara. On this occasion we met for 4 hours in a public park where we played yoga, soccer, did body painting, danced and more activities to show society that the naked body is okay and all the prejudices that are given to the naked body They are in the mind not in the body.
In this video I share my experience and interview the creator of this demonstration Héctor Martínez.
