Lupin Beach is a new coastal sanctuary fronting the Gulf of Mexico along the serene Emerald Coast of Florida. This intimate collection of 20 new homes has been designed by Historical Concepts, Atlanta-based architecture and planning firm, and built by Alys Beach Construction. Of the total residences, 10 will be direct Gulf front homes. The community will deliver five private dune walkovers for exclusive beach access, and a Lupin Beach neighborhood pool amenity with restroom facilities.
