‘Girls on Boys’ was curated by Gülsen Özer in May 2008. Presented by Melbourne’s centre for independent dance, Dancehouse. The work comprised of a collection of five, 10-minute solo dance pieces. Each created by female choreographers, for male dancers. Girls on Boys featured multiple works of diverse genres and attracted sell out audiences and widespread critical acclaim.
