“Boogie Beach” was filmed at Myrtle Beach, SC in July of 2015. It had been ten years since The Clarke Boys had produced a video together. So during our family’s summer vacation to Myrtle Beach, we decided to film a collection of scenes that we would later cobble together into a some sort of narrative.
“Boogie Beach” is meant to be an homage to 1960’s teen films like Bikini Beach and Beach Party – with a little bit of American Graffiti thrown in for good measure.
