In support of Michelle Obama’s Let Girls Learn campaign, I traveled to Egypt to capture the story of a STEM school for girls. We pre-interviewed the girls and used their own words to create a script which they then read for us. In this way, we empowered the girls to see their dreams stated out loud for the world to see. To this day, it is one of my most rewarding projects.
